Glo Lifestyle was founded by Lesley-Ann in 2020. Being a busy, working mum of two I founded the business with a desire to provide a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.

Coming from a background in a Social Work setting, I have a diverse professional background but also personally as well. I have always led a busy life whether that be in the form of attending University to study whilst being in employment to pay the bills as well or being a busy working mum of two young children and running two businesses. I know and fully understand the pressures involved in the multiple roles we as women try to fulfil. Often as a result a result we can neglect our own self-care and health. My passion for fitness and leading an active and enjoyable life has always stemmed from a drive to look after myself so that I can look after others too.  It allows me to find the balance and calm in often the chaos of our worlds!  

During lockdown I decided to further my studies and qualifications and became qualified in Level 2 Gym Instructing, Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and Precision Nutrition Level 1, all of which is supported by a MA in Psychology and BA Hons in Social Work.  

Glo Lifestyle was born and aims to offer a supportive community where woman can support one another in a non-judgement environment. With a compassion first approach, I understand that balance is key to success. My goal isn’t to cut out all the fun in life, but to offer women the tools, knowledge and support to create a healthier, sustainable lifestyle.  

Getting to the gym can be tricky, and with that in mind, I offer a range of services from one-to-one and group personal training fitness classes right in the heart of Aberdeen or online coaching.  My main service however is the 12 week “Fit, Firm & Fabulous Formula” which is specifically designed for busy working mums in mind.  

My services are knowledge-led and I will work alongside you to help create an individualised fitness and nutrition plan to help you create sustainable habits for life. My approach is about supporting you to identify what it is you want to achieve and together we will figure out the best way to achieve these goals. Once you’ve smashed them – which you will – we set more!
